RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

We have a limited return policy, which means all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, ordering mistakes, or personal preference. However, if there is an issue with your order, including ordering mistakes, please contact us at shopstygal@gmail.com  While we cannot guarantee changes, cancellations, or refunds after an order is placed, we will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to help where possible.

To be eligible for review of a return or issue, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence and order details.

Sty-Brids is not responsible for damage reported after this timeframe unless otherwise required by law.


MANUFACTURING VARIATIONS

Minor variations in fabric placement, stitching, embroidery, color, or handmade details are normal for Sty-Brids products and are not considered defects.

Product photos, promotional images, and mockups are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly reflect the final handmade product.

Many Sty-Brids products are produced in limited quantities or small batches, and natural variations are part of their uniqueness.


SHIPPING & RISK

Sty-Brids is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Giveaway or promotional items
  • Custom, made-to-order, or limited-run items (unless defective upon arrival)

Products received through giveaways, contests, or promotional distributions are provided “as is” and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return (if eligible), and place a new order separately once approved.


REFUNDS

If your request is approved, we will notify you once the item has been reviewed.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Refunds are only issued in accordance with this policy and our Terms of Service.


IN-PERSON PURCHASES

Policies for in-person event or convention purchases may differ from those listed on this website and are handled at the discretion of Sty-Brids.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
