SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Processing time may be longer during new drops, restocks, holidays, or high order volume periods. You will be notified if significant delays occur.

Preorder, made-to-order, or special collaboration items may require additional production time, which will be stated on the product page when applicable.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method selected.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available with the selected shipping method).


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Sty-Brids is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier or marked as delivered.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at shopstygal@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

Delays due to customs processing are outside of our control and are not eligible for refund.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit at our discretion in accordance with our Refund Policy.


SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

We may not be able to change shipping details once an order has been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a correction.
